Five halls that seem to circle you are declared one space, and that space has already passed beyond speech. The verse then scolds you for failing to notice a double standing: Sakti and Siva as one nature, the body itself as Sakti, and Siva inside the soul that flickers. The address turns sharp. Mad ones, you have not known the form in which the Lord abides.
The teaching
With fierce iconoclastic clarity, Sivavakkiyar exposes the folly of seeking God in distant temples while failing to recognize the living sanctum of one's own organism. The five bodily sheaths and senses (ஐந்து கூடம்) are not obstacles to be despised, but the unified gateway into the boundless, ineffable expanse of pure consciousness (சொல்லிறந்த வெளி). In a breathtaking revelation of Siddha non-duality, he declares that the physical body itself is the living manifestation of Shakti (சத்தி யாவது உம் உடல்), while the pulsating soul within is none other than Shiva (தயங்கு சீவன் உள் சிவம்). Denouncing dogmatic religionists as madmen (பித்தர்காள்), he demands that they cease their futile outer quests and realize that the cosmic union of Shiva and Shakti is perpetually embodied right within their own flesh and breath.
